Did you know that the average American owns at least two digital devices? Yep, according to Pew Research Center, 66% of people in the United States own two laptops, two phones… you get the idea. That’s a lot of e-waste on the streets, and that’s a lot of resources taken out of the environment!
RAKI Computers is excited to announce another e-waste recycling event in Sulfur Springs and Lake Charles! We’re partnering with the Calcasieu Parish to help your community recycle their e-waste on November 5, from 8 a.m. to noon.
We Partnered With Local Movers
E-waste can be heavy! CRT monitors and televisions are famous for their heft, but that doesn’t mean you need to do all the lifting and lugging. We partnered with local movers and other mobility companies who will take away your e-waste.
It’s Better for You
Eventually, your e-waste is just junk. We’ll help you get rid of it, so you can clean and declutter your home, office, or even your vehicle.
Better for the Environment
Your smartphone is a “ticking time bomb” of e-waste. It’s shiny and new, and then in a few years, it stops working, or it’s outdated, and into the drawer it goes. Imagine, instead of hiding your old electronics, you could recycle them. We’re happy to help!
Get Rid of Your Junk
Your junk isn’t going to miss you when you’re gone, so don’t be afraid to bring your obsolete electronics to Sulfur Springs or Lake Charles, and say “goodbye” to waste!
Raki Computers is on a mission to make the world a better place, one e-waste drive at a time. If you have questions about our IT e-waste recycling program, reach out to us, and learn more about our services!
